General Product Information

All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. Prices for the products are subject to change, without notice. All prices displayed on this website are in Canadian dollars.

 

Delivery Time

All items will be shipped directly to the branch selected at checkout. We will make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 working days of the date your order is placed. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. This delivery time is to be used as a guide only and is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

 

Leaving Product Reviews

This is a great feature for sharing what you loved about your purchase such as the fit and feel of clothing. However, we reserve the right to remove and/or delete any reviews that we deem objectionable or inappropriate.

Returns

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you will enjoy it. If your merchandise is defective you may return the item(s) to us for replacement or refund to the original method of payment.

 

If your purchase does not fit, it can be returned for online store credits. 

  • Returned items must be not be worn, washed, or damaged.  All the original tags must be attached.
  • Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by the sender and are not refundable.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the shipment arriving at the branch.
  • Email the order number to janicew@impactmarketing.ca with the name of the item you are returning. 
     

AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED BEFORE returning items for exchange/refund/credit. For authorization contact Janice at Impact Marketing Services janicew@impactmarketing.ca.  Provide the order number, name of item being returned, and the reason for the return.

Circumstances where returns will not be accepted included, but are not limited to the following:

  • Obvious abuse of the product
  • Damaged or defective products not reported or returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise in the buyer’s possession for more than 30 days.
  • Damaged or shrinkage due to improper care and/or washing

All Garage Sale Items are discounted at 50% off of original sell price.

All Garage Sale Items are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.
